I had a great time with this sweet family! Their son was a little shy at first, but he warmed up to me pretty quickly! Plus, mama brought bubbles! What fun! Always a hit with little ones! This couple was so sweet with their boy. I loved the outfits they chose, too. Bright colors are my favorite. :)

I was so excited my friend Callen asked me to do her maternity pics. We were able to do these on some family property in Zachary, Louisiana, truly a beautiful spot! Callen is so sweet, and her husband is hilarious. He kept us laughing! These were taken in mid-March, and before the month was out, Callen & Nick welcomed home their new baby girl, Emma Jean. :)

Well, there's a first time for everything, as they say... and this session was my first one that happened in the rain! We thought about rescheduling but the forecast gave us the impression that the rain would be finished by the time our session was to begin! Instead, the rain started midway through our session with a sprinkle, and it ended up pouring! Even so, we had such a great time! It was a little adventure, and I had a blast.

I always enjoy senior sessions, and dogs are my favorite. :) Taylor was such a good sport and so was her mom (& Mia the dog, too!). These were taken downtown in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Enjoy!

I had such a good time with my sweet friend Erica & her husband Ross at LSU back in February! Erica was 34 weeks pregnant on the day of her maternity shoot, but I can tell you that as I'm writing this post, she is loving on her two day old baby girl, Jolie Grace! Congratulations, Erica & Ross! She is just beautiful!
