It is always fun getting to take pictures of my friends with their families! Chad & Heather are the sweetest couple and it has been a joy to watch their family grow through the gift of adoption! Aren't their girls precious?! We got some maternity shots of Heather too! Since these were taken, they've welcomed a sweet baby boy into the family. And let me tell you, he is a cutie! We prayed for all three of these babies!

How I met this couple is a fun story, so I think I will share it! I met Chris and Mary back in 2006 when we were all cast in Beauty and the Beast at Baton Rouge Little Theater (now Theatre Baton Rouge). Mary and I were cast in the ensemble, and Chris was our Cogsworth. It was the first show there for all three of us, where I met them and where they first met each other! Chris had a crush on Mary during this show!, but it wasn't until later that they began dating and got married. I love this couple! They now reside out of state, so I was excited when they asked me to take some family pictures while they were in town for the holidays. And their daughter was so much fun, so glad I got to meet her! She is full of personality, which you will easily see in these pictures. I took these in downtown Baton Rouge, near the State Capitol.
